Beautiful community, friendly staff, so happy!! — We moved here in October 2012 and we are so happy we came. The staff here is so friendly and they always say hello and talk when they see you in the community or when you stop by the office. The maintenance team is top-notch. The grounds are always well kept and maintained beautifully. The Clayton School District is great and the neighbors are all friendly! Great community, we are here to stay!!

Quiet & family-oriented, staff are unmatched. — I like living at Rustic Village a lot. I can't say enough about the staff here. They are very friendly & caring. I have rented in the past but never felt such a homey and comfortable vibe as I feel at Rustic Village. They are always having contests and different fun activities for the children. When my daughter sees the staff she usually greets them with a hug. Our family has wanted to purchase a house but are not ready to leave this community. Our 2 bedroom townhouse is large and we love having two sun decks & the extra storage unit.

PET POLICY
We are pet friendly! There is a enclosed dog park on property and several other locations to walk your pet on a leash. We allow up to two pets in each unit. There is no weight limit on any second level apartment, however, if your pets weigh more than 40lbs, there's an additional $25.00 monthly fee. Weight restricts do not apply in townhomes or ground level apartment homes. $15 extra, per month, per pet, is charged and your security deposit is automatically one-and-a-half month's rent.
